Southbound Lake State Railroad number 798 "City of Alpena" at Kawkawlin, Michigan, just north of Bay City in mid-December, 2004. An interesting hybrid - GE locomotive with cooling hood vents removed, EMD Canadian cab. LSRR is a short line running from Bay City north to Alpena and points in between.
